Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bankenumfeld – mit hoher Qualität, Eigenverantwortung und Kundenorientierung.
Je nach Interessenlage fokussierst du dich auf Projektmanagement, Business-Analyse oder spezifische regulatorische bzw. fachliche Themen (z. B. MaRisk, BAIT, ESG, Digitalisierung).
Du entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten zielgerichtet weiter – begleitet von einem individuellen Entwicklungsplan.
Als (Senior) Manager gestaltest du aktiv deinen Business Case, trägst zur nachhaltigen Auslastung bei und übernimmst Verantwortung in der Kundenentwicklung.
Optional entwickelst du neue Beratungsansätze oder baust unsere internen Strukturen im Rahmen von Corporate Development weiter aus.

Dein Profil

Unternehmerisches Mindset, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und der Wille, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung mit Schwerpunkt auf Banking-Themen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Kreditprozesse, Zahlungsverkehr, Risikomanagement, IT- und Digitalisierungsstrategien, regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, MaRisk)
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu analysieren
Ein bestehendes Netzwerk im Banken- oder Beratungsumfeld mit Potenzial zur Geschäftsentwicklung
Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What drives us

Our Financial Services team supports leading organisations across Germany’s banking, insurance and asset management sectors on a wide range of strategic and operational projects. We are looking for experienced professionals who bring strong expertise and are eager to make a meaningful contribution to our clients and our firm.

As part of our project teams supporting asset managers and investment management companies (KVGs), you will gain deep insights into complex industry challenges and the latest market developments. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to shape your career in line with your individual ambitions – supported by colleagues across the firm, including senior leadership.

Your responsibilities

Deliver complex projects in the banking and financial services environment with a strong focus on quality, accountability and client orientation
Depending on your interests and expertise, focus on areas such as project management, business analysis, or specialised regulatory and professional topics (e.g. DORA, T+X settlement, trading or settlement processes)
Further develop your professional capabilities through an individual training and development plan supported by SKAD
Collaborate with colleagues to further develop your business case for sustainable project acquisition and ensure strong utilisation; for those interested, we support the path towards (equity) partnership
Optionally contribute to the strategic development of the firm through Corporate Development initiatives

Your profile

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation, accountability and a proactive approach to shaping your own career
Strong interest in the business models of asset managers and investment management companies, with at least three years of relevant experience in this environment, at a custodian bank or within a consulting firm
Solid understanding of front-to-back processes, as well as key regulatory requirements and current market topics such as sustainability, digitalisation and digital assets
Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with strong prioritisation skills
As a Manager, you have already begun to develop a client network and are motivated to expand it towards active client acquisition
As a Senior Manager, you have already developed a business case and established reliable relationships with potential clients
Strong academic degree in economics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and successful project outcomes
Excellent German language skills (for non-native speakers: strong proficiency and willingness to continue improving) and fluent in English
