Unser Team für Automation & Künstliche Intelligenz begleitet namhafte Kunden der Bau- und Infrastrukturbranche in anspruchsvollen Transformationsprogrammen und sucht ab sofort eine Kollegin / einen Kollegen mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessautomatisierung (RPA) und KI.

Mit deiner Expertise und deinem Netzwerk in der Bau- und Infrastrukturbranche stärkst du unser Team und unterstützt beim Auf- und Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen – von der Identifikation relevanter Use Cases über die End-to-End-Umsetzung bis zur Skalierung in der Organisation. Dabei geben wir dir den Freiraum, deinen Karriereweg nach deinen Vorstellungen zu gestalten, und unterstützen dich dabei eng im Team bis hin zur Geschäftsführung.

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse und Optimierung von Bauprozessen (Ausschreibung, Einkauf, Projektsteuerung, Claims)
Entwicklung und Implementierung von RPA-Lösungen (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Einsatz von KI-Technologien (NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics)
Integration mit ERP-Systemen (SAP), BIM-Plattformen und Process Mining (Celonis)
Stakeholder-Management und Präsentationen auf C-Level

Dein Profil

3–5+ Jahre Erfahrung in RPA und KI-Projekten
Branchenkenntnisse Bauwesen (VOB/ÖNORM, BIM, Lean Construction)
Sicherer Umgang mit Python, SQL, Power BI und Cloud-Plattformen (Azure/AWS)
Fließend Deutsch und Englisch, Reisebereitschaft
Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

What drives us

Our Automation & Artificial Intelligence team supports leading clients in the construction and infrastructure sector in complex transformation programmes. We are currently looking for a colleague with extensive professional experience in process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence to join us.

With your expertise and network within the construction and infrastructure industry, you will strengthen our team and contribute to building and expanding long-term client relationships — from identifying relevant use cases through to end-to-end implementation and scaling solutions across the organisation.

You will also have the freedom to shape your career path according to your own aspirations, supported closely by the entire team through to executive leadership.

Your responsibilities

Process analysis and optimisation of construction processes (tendering, procurement, project management, claims)
Development and implementation of RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Application of AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision and predictive analytics
Integration with ERP systems (SAP), BIM platforms and process mining tools (Celonis)
Stakeholder management and presentations at C-level

Your profile

3–5+ years of experience in RPA and AI projects
Industry knowledge in the construction sector (VOB/ÖNORM, BIM, Lean Construction)
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel
Degree in (Business) Information Systems, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
