Unser Team im Bereich Tech Risk betreut führende Unternehmen in anspruchsvollen Projekten hinsichtlich AI Governance, Informationssicherheit, Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience und Risikomanagement.
Hierfür suchen wir erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die mit fundierter fachlicher sowie Beratungserfahrung unsere Kunden und unser Team stärken.
Als Teil unserer Projektteams verantwortest du die exzellente Steuerung und Durchführung von Projekten und unterstützt uns in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens. Gleichzeitig bieten wir dir den nötigen Freiraum und Support, um deine Karriere gezielt weiterzuentwickeln – bis hin zur unternehmerischen Verantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projektebei Unternehmen und öffentlichen Auftraggebern– mit hoher Qualität, Eigenverantwortung und Kundenorientierung.
Du fokussierst du dich auf Projektmanagement und Umsetzung in den genannten Themenbereichen.
Du entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten und Fachkenntnisse zielgerichtet weiter – begleitet von einem individuellen Entwicklungsplan.
Als Senior Manager gestaltest du aktiv deinen Business Case, trägst zur nachhaltigen Auslastung bei und übernimmst Verantwortung in der Kundenentwicklung.
Optional entwickelst du neue Beratungsansätze oder baust unsere internen Strukturen im Rahmen von Corporate Development weiter aus.

Dein Profil

Unternehmerisches Mindset, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und der Wille, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung mit Schwerpunkt in IT-nahen Governance- oder Risikomanagementthemen (z.B. hinsichtlich MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: AI Governance, Informationssicherheit, Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience oder Risikomanagement
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu analysieren
Ein bestehendes Netzwerk mit Potenzial zur Geschäftsentwicklung
Hochschulabschluss mit wirtschaftlichem, juristischem oder technischem Hintergrund
Reisebereitschaft, sofern projektbedingt erforderlich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Our Tech Risk team works with leading organisations on complex engagements across AI governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience and risk management.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced consultants who bring strong subject-matter expertise and consulting experience to help deliver high-impact projects for our clients and contribute to the development of our team.

As part of our project teams, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery and management of projects while also playing an active role in shaping and expanding our business. Your responsibilities

You lead the delivery of complex projects for corporate and public sector clients, ensuring high quality, strong ownership and a clear focus on client value
Your role centers on project management and the delivery of initiatives across the core topics of this role
You continuously develop your skills and expertise in a structured way, supported by an individual development plan
As a Senior Manager, you actively shape your business case, contribute to sustainable utilisation and take responsibility for developing and expanding client relationships
You may also contribute to developing new consulting offerings or further strengthening our internal structures as part of corporate development

Your profile

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
Several years of consulting experience with a focus on IT-related governance or risk management topics (e.g. MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
Solid expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience or risk management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems
An established professional network with potential for business development
University degree in a business, legal or technical discipline
Willingness to travel, depending on project requirements
Excellent German and English language skills
