Unser Team für Automation & Künstliche Intelligenz begleitet führende Unternehmen bei der digitalen Transformation. Wir suchen ab sofort einen Senior Consultant mit Schwerpunkt Prozessautomatisierung, Agentic AI und Large Language Models (LLMs). Du berätst Kundinnen und Kunden und verantwortest End-to-End-Projekte – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung autonomer Systeme. 
Erfahrung in der Bau- und/oder Infrastrukturbranche ist bevorzugt.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Prozessanalyse & Optimierung: Analyse komplexer Bauprozesse (Ausschreibung, Einkauf, Projektsteuerung, Claims) zur Identifikation von Potenzialen für End-to-End Automatisierung.
  • Entwicklung von Agentic AI: Design und Implementierung autonomer KI-Agenten, die über klassisches RPA hinausgehen und entscheidungskritische Workflows selbstständig steuern und ausführen.
  • Einsatz von LLM-Lösungen: Implementierung von Large Language Models (LLMs) und Gen AI zur Verarbeitung unstrukturierter Daten (z.B. automatisierte Analyse von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Vertragsdokumenten und Baudokumentation).
  • KI-Technologien & Computer Vision: Kombination von LLMs mit Computer Vision (CNN) und Predictive Analytics für ganzheitliche Projektüberwachung.
  • Integration & Orchestrierung: Vernetzung von ERP-Systemen, BIM-Plattformen und Process Mining Tools durch “state oft heart”-Automatisierungslösungen
  • Stakeholder-Management: Präsentationen von High-Tech-Lösungen auf C-Level und Übersetzung technischer Innovationen in Business Value.

Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung:3–5+ Jahre Erfahrung in RPA, KI und idealerweise in der Entwicklung agentenbasierter Systeme.
  • Tech-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit Python, SQL und Cloud-Plattformen (Azure/AWS) sowie Erfahrung mit Frameworks für LLM-Orchestrierung (z.B. Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Auto GPT).
  • KI-Kompetenz: Tiefes Verständnis von RAG-Architekturen (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering und idealerweise dem Fine-Tuning von Modellen
  • Bau-Know-how: Kenntnisse in Planung, Kalkulation, Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Baudokumentation (Plan Radar).
  • Smart Building & IoT: Erfahrung mit Smart Building-Technologien (z.B. Laborräume), IoT-Steuerungssystemen und digitalen Gebäudeleitsystemen.
  • Plattform-Integration: Expertise in der Einführung digitaler Plattformen für Raum-/ Ressourcenmanagement und deren Anbindung an KI-Services.
  • Anwenderkenntnisse: Vertrautheit mit Branchensoftware (bspw. BIM.5D, matDOC, BIM2Field / Field2).
  • Sprache & Studium: Fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässig, selbstständig und technologisch stets am Puls der Zeit.

What drives us
Our Automation & Artificial Intelligence team supports leading companies in their digital transformation. We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant with a focus on process automation, agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will advise clients and take responsibility for end-to-end projects — from analysis through to the implementation of autonomous systems.
Experience in the construction and/or infrastructure sector is preferred.
Your responsibilities
  • Process analysis & optimisation: Analysing complex construction processes (tendering, procurement, project management, claims) to identify potential for end-to-end automation
  • Development of agentic AI: Designing and implementing autonomous AI agents that go beyond traditional RPA and independently manage and execute decision-critical workflows
  • Deployment of LLM solutions: Implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to process unstructured data (e.g. automated analysis of bills of quantities, contract documents and construction documentation)
  • AI technologies & computer vision: Combining LLMs with computer vision (CNNs) and predictive analytics for comprehensive project monitoring
  • Integration & orchestration: Connecting ERP systems, BIM platforms and process mining tools through state-of-the-art automation solutions
  • Stakeholder management: Presenting high-tech solutions at C-level and translating technical innovation into business value

Your profile
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in RPA, AI and ideally in the development of agent-based systems
  • Tech stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), as well as experience with frameworks for LLM orchestration (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT)
  • AI expertise: Deep understanding of RAG architectures (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering and ideally model fine-tuning
  • Construction know-how: Knowledge of planning, cost estimation, tendering, procurement and construction documentation (e.g. PlanRadar)
  • Smart building & IoT: Experience with smart building technologies (e.g. laboratory environments), IoT control systems and digital building management systems
  • Platform integration: Expertise in implementing digital platforms for space/resource management and integrating them with AI services
  • User-level expertise: Familiarity with industry software (e.g. BIM 5D, matDOC, BIM2Field/Field2)
  • Language & education: Fluent German and English. Degree in (Business) Information Systems, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
  • Working style: Reliable, self-driven and technologically up to date at all times
